Job Description:

Conduct evaluations and treatments for functional impairment in accordance with state practice act and regulatory agencies.
Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and authorized parties.
Work independently and demonstrate competency in diagnostic procedures.
Provide referrals and recommendations based on evaluation results and patient needs.
Presents self professionally in both physical and behavioral manner.
Participate in interdisciplinary teams.
