specializing in Preventative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family
Medicine, Psychiatry, Nurse Practitioner, General Surgery,
Hospice/Palliative Care, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Family
Practice and more, being reported as members of the medical group.

LLC include Surgical, Emergency Medicine, Student in an Organized
Health Care Education/Training Program, Specialist, Psychiatry,
Adult Health, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family, General Practice,
Surgery and many more. - -Position Summary:The Registered Nurse -
Practice (RN) is responsible for performing a wide variety of
patient care duties which include assisting in examination and
treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. The RN is
responsible for Interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (i.e.,
pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height),
venipuncture and procedures as directed by the physician. -
Documentation is recorded in the Electronic Medical Record in
accordance with IPM guideline. Prepares treatment rooms for
examination of patients. Assists in covering the front desk as
required. Executes prescribed treatments and medical interventions,
administers prescribed medications, and monitors and documents
treatment progress and patient response. Delegates as allowed under
the Nurse Practice Act. Refers to and consults with physicians,
other health providers, and community resources to prevent and
resolve problems or concerns. The RN Educates patients and families
about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute
and chronic conditions - -Independence Physician Management (IPM),
a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services
unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician
networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care
facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral
Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel
Requirements (if applicable): -Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing
education program. Licensed by the State to practice as a
Registered Nurse.Current BLS/CPR certification required -Work

Minimum of one to three (1-3) years
working as a Registered Nurse required. Three to five (3-5) years
of related experience (preferred). -Knowledge: -
General medical office
proceduresKnowledge of medical documentation requirements for
meeting quality incentives.Shared Decision MakingPatient Centered
Medical Home principles. -Skills:
Critical thinking, problem
solving.TeamworkProficiency in basic computer programs and
operating systems, such as Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication,
