Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Training & Content
Specialist responsible for creating and managing educational
materials for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage content for the Member Operations agent
knowledge base
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
to ensure content accuracy and compliance
Continuously update existing content based on feedback and industry
trends
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in content development or
instructional design, preferably in healthcare or technology
Experience working with instructional designers and trainers
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and learning
management systems (LMS)
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning
theories
Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA) is a plus
